Secondary Clubs & Organizations
At PCA there are a multitude of extracurricular activities and clubs for secondary students to take part in. Through these opportunities where they can explore their interests, they are able to grow their leadership skills and knowledge. We are grateful to the staff and parent mentors who make these activities and organizations possible!

High School Robotics Team
During a six-week period beginning in January, PCA Robotics High School Team gears up. Students learn to build a robot from a common kit of parts, which typically weighs up to 150 lbs. Engineering mentors, consisting of PCA parents and alumni, guide students through the construction process. The PCA Robotics Team, The Atoms Family, participates in the FIRST Robotics Competition (For Inspiration and Recognition of Science and Technology) program with more than 68,000 high school competitors. Regional competitions begin in early March with National Championships in April. Participation in Robotics is a great avenue to open opportunities for a college scholarship. You can stay connected to the current happenings with PCA Robotics by checking out their WEBSITE or by following them on TWITTER or FACEBOOK.
