It was an Amazing Day!

By: Webmaster|Date: Sep 9, 2014|Tags: School News, Uncategorized

Murray Lake Day 2014 was a tremendous success. The students kicked off the new year with games of volleyball, tug-of-war, and many others. The weather was especially amazing and the water was great. The day also gave students the time to rekindle friendships and make new ones. The speaker for the day, Mr. Jeff Schmidt, one of our secondary teachers, emphasized the importance and value of PCA’s Christian community. He challenged the students to “become a friend to the student who has no friend and to pray for each other.” He also reminded everyone that there may be PCA students who don’t know Jesus Christ as Savior. It is our job as staff and fellow students to share the gospel with them. According to Mr. Schmidt, “This may be the year that changes the rest of our student’s lives.”
